Jennifer is a fantastic real estate agent. We purchased a condo from her in 2010 and then chose her to represent us when we decided to sell several years later. We were especially impressed with her eye for staging. She gave us detailed instructions on exactly what needed to be done to best showcase our home. Jennifer did a wonderful job helping us to find our first home. We spent several months looking at numerous properties to find the perfect place and to feel comfortable with our purchase. I'm grateful that I had someone as knowledgeable, effective, and patient as Jennifer for my realtor. She knows the old town market, is very efficient, and sold my condo (closing and all) within two months of listing it. The selling of my condo coincided with one of the busiest times I've had at work and so it was hard to arrange the maintenance and get the documents necessary to sell-- Jennifer helped me take care of all that pretty immediately so from my end everything was handled fast and smoothly. At closing, someone commented that they appreciated working with Jennifer because she is always so on top of everything. That definitely proved to be true!

Jennifer was outstanding at all points in the process. When I was starting to think about selling, she made herself available but was not at all pushy. When I wanted to actually get started, she walked through the house with me, noting good points and areas that could be improved. Only a few things in my house had been updated in the last 20 years, and two of the bathrooms dated to 1972. She recommended updates, with emphasis on the bathrooms, so all her recommendations made sense to me. She helped me find contractors and storage and moving services. I was pleased with the companies she recommended. She worked closely with the contractors to select paint, tile, fixtures, etc. that provided the most value in a sales situation. She even provided staff to help me get organized and start packing and cleaning out the house. She always responded quickly to all my communications (mostly email) and visited regularly during the fix-up and clean-out process. I was able to move out prior to listing the house, so she made daily visits after I left to check on things. When it came time to price the house, she recommended an amount a little lower than I had hoped for. I followed her recommendation and after four days had four offers -- all at or above the listing price. Thus, I ended up getting pretty much what I had hoped to receive in an extremely short time -- especially for Great Falls, where houses are more typically on the market for several months. The various inspection contingencies as we moved toward closing (house, pool, well, septic, water quality, radon, mold, termites) turned up assorted problems which could have been a nightmare since I had moved out of state, but Jennifer stayed on top of everything, kept me informed, and coordinated all the work that needed to be done so we could close on schedule. Jennifer is an amazing agent who works hard and provides great value.
